Department of Pharmacy, Kamptee has a well established, fully organized and functional TRAINING & PLACEMENT CELL, whose prime objective is to provide assistance & guidance to our students in getting employment in various fields like Research & Development, Formulation & Development, Production, Marketing, Academics etc. The Cell also provide the assistance for the summer in-plant training of the students at the Pharmaceutical concern by arranging the Industrial training for the Third and final year students.

            The Cell prepares and equips the students to face the corporate world and its culture. For this the training and placement cell organizes seminars, symposia and regular guest lectures. Eminent personalities from the Pharma Industry as well as academicians are invited to address the studentsduring such events.

             The placement activities also involves creating the data base of the companies and interacting with them regularly. The training and placement cell of the institute had also posted the curriculum vitae’s of all the final year students on its website and also to the HR department of most of the Pharma Industries to ensure that all the passing out students will have the option open in the corporate world for bright future.
